superb stay in ideal location
nice staff comfortable bed great location full amenities
The apartment room was quite nice and included full amenities. the bed was comfortable, and there was a dining area. the staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay again. the location was great (everything was close). ornella, cilene, ahmed and mohamed were very kind.

there are many options to eat near the place. the hotel did not show any effort to offer even a breakfast package. i didn't get to try their breakfast.

the hotel is very nice and neat. the rooms are spacious and modern. the building has an elevator but was not working. the rooms are well equipped and come with an umbrella.

the hotel is close to a tram line (line 1 is just a 2 min walk). the place is near major sights. it is close to many restaurants and public transportation. it is close to the old city.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they were attentive and warm. some staff members helped me book a taxi (this was appreciated). i found them really helpful with all suggestions.

the location is central, close to many things. the room was spacious, perfect for my needs.
the street light outside was very bright at night. also, there was quite a bit of noise from the square, lasting until late at night.

spacious suite washing machine fantastic kitchenette
the beautiful suite mezzanine was super spacious, perfect for my needs. a washing machine was inside the room, that was so convenient! having the kitchenette was fantastic for preparing quick meals.
the elevator made some strange noises, but it always worked.

plenty of restaurants are nearby, i saw so many options! the hotel is near multiple bars also, offering many choices for evening entertainment. the proximity to the saleya market makes getting fresh produce easy.

the staff were always available to assist! they promptly addressed any questions i had. the staff helped with organizing an online courier service for a forgotten item, i appreciated that so much.
